. Part of the book series (IFMBE, volume 22) Abstract A software for advanced heart rate variability (HRV) analysis is presented. The software includes adaptable tools for correcting artifacts and for removing low frequency trend components. The analysis options of the software include all the commonly used time-domain, frequency-domain and nonlinear HRV parameters. Analysis results can be saved as a PDF report, ASCII text file or Matlab MAT file. The software is easy to use through its compact graphical user interface. Together with a high-quality heart rate monitor, capable of recording beat-to-beat RR intervals, this freely distributed software forms a complete system for HRV analysis.

(Or contact Sales: sales@kubios.com) Kubios HRV Premium is a versatile heart rate variability analysis software for scientific research and professional use. The software supports a wide range of electrocardiogram (ECG) and heart rate (HR) data formats. The software computes all commonly used time-domain, frequency-domain and nonlinear HRV analysis parameters. The Premium version features also time-varying analysis options, which can be used to analyse time trends within e.g. 24-hour recordings or exercise and recovery periods. The reporting options of the Premium version are optimal for analyzing group data (several subjects) or repeated measurements. The software is operated entirely through an easy-to-use graphical user interface and the analysis results can be saved as a PDF, CSV text file or MATLAB MAT file.

Kubios Hrv Software

Analysis results can be used for detailed assessment of cardiac autonomic regulation and can be used for example to assess stress and recovery. Kubios HRV is developed by an experienced team of medical physicists from Kuopio, Finland. The first version of Kubios HRV was released in 2004 and the software has been used in over 800 scientific studies by now. And enjoy the full power of Kubios HRV. More information. Data support and pre-processing Support for commonly used ECG data and HR data formats (EDF/EDF+, GDF, Polar, Suunto, Garmin, Actiheart, Zephyr BioHarness etc.). The automatic RR correction algorithm corrects missed, extra and ectopic beats with high accuracy. In addition, baseline trends can be removed from the RR data to focus the analysis on the components reflecting sympathetic and parasympathetic regulation of heart rate.
