I received an old WSUS server which before received updates for some applications which we don't use any more (XP, Vista, Office 2003, etc.) I was able for make a big clean to the WSUS content folder, but yet the database is very big (75 092 updates!!) which we don't need. Also the console disconnect from the server very often when loading this amount of data. My first idea was uninstall/reinstall, but there is a Sharepoint running, and I'm not complete clear if won't affect it. How can I clean the database? Or if is necessary reinstall, which are the risks? As a local administrator, access the distribution server.

Wsusutil was for WSUS 2, I believe from WSUS 3 you must use the GUI. But the Cleanup Wizard won't delete the database records (only the files) for declined updates.
