Hello community I´m with a big headache because of my pen, i can´t format it under windows, i have tryed everything, and when i mean everything i mean really everything. I´m running under win 8.1 The pen is detected as an exFAT pen, but i can´t do anything, with all related tools from widows, with it, Disk manager, shows up, i try to format it, and just stays there without moving, then he ejects the pen by itself, and the drive disappears, i try to verify the pen with windows tools, for errors, says everything is ok. When i start windows with the pen inserted, windows says it cannot recognize it, and advise me to unplug and plug in the pen again. Hi, Thank you for considering Sony Community! You might purchased it outside the U.S. You mentioned on your post that you did everything to format it but it can't be formatted. Perhaps your pen drive is corrupted, but I cannot verify that.
